This privacy policy applies to the macOS application BunniesBar (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") provided by RuLa Gems ("the Developer") as a menu-bar resource monitor with optional in-app purchases for cosmetic skins.
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
It runs entirely on your Mac. The Application reads local system metrics — CPU load, memory usage, battery level, and network and disk activity — using standard macOS APIs, and displays them in the menu bar and a local popover. These metrics are processed in memory only and are not written to disk, uploaded, or shared with any third party.
User preferences (such as the menu bar display style and the currently selected bunny skin) are stored locally in the standard macOS UserDefaults on your device.
Network Access
The Application does not perform any network communication on its own. The only network traffic that may occur is generated by Apple-provided system frameworks (for example, the App Store framework while completing or restoring an in-app purchase, as described below).
In-App Purchases
The Application offers optional in-app purchases for cosmetic bunny skins through Apple's StoreKit 2 framework. When you make or restore a purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple. The Developer does not see, receive, or store your payment information, Apple ID, real name, address, or any other personally identifiable information. The Application only records which skin product identifiers you are entitled to, which is provided locally by StoreKit and used solely to unlock the skin in your installation.

Third-Party Services
The Application does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services.
Children's Privacy
The Application does not collect any data and is safe for use by individuals of any age. No information is knowingly collected from children under the age of 13.
Security
The Application runs inside the standard macOS App Sandbox and stays on your Mac. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, no additional security measures are required on the user's side.
Disclaimer (Displayed Metrics)
The system metrics shown by the Application in the menu bar and popover (CPU, memory, battery, network, disk, etc.) are reference information derived from values provided by macOS. The Developer does not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and shall not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for any decisions or actions taken based on these readings.
