1. Introduction
LumiCamera (hereinafter "the App") is an iOS app provided by RuLa Gems ("the Developer"). The App is designed to be privacy-first: it is a pre-post camera and photo-finishing app, and it never sends your photos, audio, or location off your device. All processing happens on your device.
2. What We Do NOT Collect or Transmit
- Photos / images: Captured, imported, and edited images are never uploaded. All analysis and editing (correction, background blur, face handling, text overlay, cleanup, sensitive-content detection) happen on-device.
- Audio: Voice input for "Edit with prompt" is converted to text on-device. No audio is recorded to or sent to any server.
- Location: Used only transiently to suggest a place name. Coordinates are never stored or sent, and saved images contain no location (GPS) metadata.
- Tracking: No advertising or analytics SDKs, and no tracking.
3. Stored On Your Device Only
- App settings (place-name policy/granularity, home-area name, etc.) are stored on-device. The home area is stored as a name only — never coordinates.
- For crash recovery, the in-review photo and its edit state may be cached on-device and restored on relaunch.
4. Device Access Permissions
- Camera: to take photos.
- Photos (add-only): to save finished photos to your library.
- Location (when in use): only to suggest a place name (coordinates not stored or sent).
- Microphone / Speech Recognition: for voice prompts to edit, transcribed on-device and never sent.
5. On-Device Processing (Apple Frameworks)
Image recognition, segmentation, on-device language models, and speech recognition run entirely on your device (e.g., Apple Vision, Core Image, Foundation Models, Speech). Images and audio are not sent to our servers or to Apple's servers.
6. Third-Party Services
The App does not use advertising or analytics SDKs. The only third-party service is Apple StoreKit for an optional subscription; payment is handled entirely by Apple, and the App reads only your subscription status locally. See the Apple Media Services Terms.
7. Information Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties. No ads. No watermark. There is nothing to disclose, delete, or sell on the Developer's servers because your content never leaves your device.
8. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because all content stays on your device, the Developer cannot access it.
9. Disclaimer (Captured Content)
What you choose to photograph and how you use, store, or share the results is at your own discretion and responsibility. Please do not capture or use subjects in ways that infringe applicable laws or third-party rights. All images are processed and stored solely on your device, and the Developer cannot access them.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary, with changes reflected on this page and the "Last Updated" date above.

About the information you provide through the form: the Developer receives what you submit, together with a reply email address if you choose to enter one (providing it is optional). It is used only to reply to you and to investigate issues, and is never provided to third parties, except where required by law. The form is a Google Form, so your submission is stored on Google's servers (Google Privacy Policy). To request deletion, please use the same form.
12. Data Deletion
To delete all data, uninstall the App or delete items individually within the App.
